A nationwide drug prevention campaign in Italy has gone beyond more than one million informational booklets distributed in recent weeks. The initiative forms part of the international Truth About Drugs education programme, which aims to provide factual education about commonly abused substances and their impact on health and society.
Approximately 500 volunteers are participating in the outreach effort, distributing materials in schools, businesses and urban centres. The campaign focuses on prevention through education, providing resources designed to explain the news eu farmers dangers of drugs in a simple way.
